Introducing Fitseekr

Here We Go
So what is Fitseekr? What does it mean? Why's the name spelt wrong? Why am I even here? Hopefully, I'll be able to answer all of these questions and more as we go along, but first I want to introduce myself.

Who Am I?:
My name's Mark I'm 25 years old (at the time of writing this), Essex-born, Brighton educated, London Living, Digital Marketing Manager. As I've gotten older I've realised that I struggle to stay fit and to be honest I know exactly why. I probably still eat the same amount as I always have but my movement has taken a nose dive in the last few years. A big part of that was down to the pandemic/lockdowns but if I'm being honest I also just got lazy. So once the last lockdown ended in the UK I made myself a promise, Fitseekr is that promise.

What Does Fitseekr Mean?:
Fitseekr is the promise to me that I'm going to pursue a healthier lifestyle. The end goal here isn't to compete or to have the perfect body it's simply to live a happy and healthy life through physical activity. If I can inspire others to do the same then all the better.

Why The Name?:
Yes, I realise there is an extra 'e' in seeker but that domain name was already taken, and let's face it incorrect spellings don't matter for a brand as long as the meaning gets across. If you're asking what Fitseekr means, well I'm hoping it's pretty self-explanatory but for those looking for a deeper meaning. Fitseekr isn't the pursuit of fitness but rather the entire journey. All the good, all the bad, and everything in-between.

What To Expect From This Blog?:
The idea for this blog is to share my journey with all of you. I wanna share my wins and my losses to give a transparent view of my fitness journey. How I create a work, life and fitness balance as well as how I plan to evolve Fitseekr as a brand. I hope you'll join me on this adventure.
